Mona...seeing that spider would be enough to send me running. It looks like it is claiming squatters rights!
HI Mona,
OH BOY. Now that's a big spider. I usually don't get excited by spiders but when they can weigh a lot. I generally take notice. I think I would steer clear of this one. It looks mad already.
Have a great day in Dillsboro.
Best, Clint McKie
Anita, don't think for a moment I wasn't startled...just glad I hadn't chosen to use the macro lens yet, lol.
Peter, lol. Do your clients know what a gem you are?
Clint, you know if the branches move when the spider steps on them that you should be careful.
Roger, I can't wait for Leslie to see this.
Valerie, flowers are beautiful all by themselves and aren't as challenging as the insect world!
She (or he) must have thought you had left. Usually these spiders are shy. Great shot and glad you managed to catch the owner at the front door.
Good morning Mona. Wonderful shots and your titles always intrigue me. i look forward to the additional pictures. Enjoy the day.
Cindy, I hope not too shy...I wanted to go back today with the better camera. Should I bring a hostess gift?
Sheila, glad you like it! Enjoy your day.
Mona, now that home looks solid enough to get through an inspection by Jay Markanich!
Wow those are awesome shots. I think I would have shot and ran away screaming all at the same time.
I don't know, Mona ... that thing looks like it can jump! Great picture ... I feel like I can almost reach out and touch this little guy ...
Gene
Pat, it is quite the habitat for sure.
Patty, you are so funny.
Gene, he does look like he works out, doesn't he. I sort of thought about the jumping thing too but was hoping there was too much web screening to give him an opening.
Yikes. That is one narly looking home owner. I would have run for my life.
Belinda, I have the feeling that the faster you ran, the gnarlier he'd have gotten, lol.
Mona- I never was a spider person.. and that spider is one of the ugliest... stay away.. photos are great though!
Gay, trust me. If there wasn't a camera in my hand I probably wouldn't have hung out so long.
Kristin, cockroaches...yecch and gross. I did go back but couldn't convince the spider to come out. That's a nice new photo you've got!
