Dan Andrews and JM Padron presented the program "How to Successfully List and Sell Commercial Real Estate" at the Miami Board of Realtors in Coral Gables. The program was a success with more than 60 attendees that wanted to start their commercial real estate journey.

After this basic class, it is recommended to take the CCIM Introductory class and at least the CCIM 101 to complete the basic overall knowledge a commercial practitioner should have.
