This is a video from the point of view on a mountain bike. The trail is Aderfer/Three Sisters, in Evergreen Colorado. It is in the meadow, at the bottom of the trail. It is a fast, fun ride. This gives you a feel of the active lifestyle and mountain biking in Evergreen Colorado.
The thing that strikes you when you ride in Evergreen, is the friendliness of the people on the trail. Generally mountain bikers are polite and let you know when they are coming. Hikers are always will to work with mountain bikers. The horse are big enough, you simply move out of their way:-). With all the use of the trails, it always a pleasant encounter.
On the south side you can climb up to the top of the Evergreen Mountain on the Evergreen East Trail, then take a loop up top that gets you to a scenic overlook that is worth trip. Then you can come down the Evergreen West Trail and hit the meadow that the video shows. Then up the actual 3 Sisters trail. If you look at the map, there are great choice for you to explore.
This hiking and biking trail has whatever you want. Climbs that get you to the top of a mountain, to very nice mellow walks in the meadow or the woods. You can have the speed and thrill of a mountain bike or the pleasant surinaty of a hike and walk. What ever you mood is.
