As a local Realtor here in Palm Desert, I always keep a list of service providers for my clients. You know plumbers, handymen, painters and such. Today I am adding Pacific Electric Heating & Cooling to the list.
I recently was getting ready to close escrow on a home I sold and Morphy's Law Kicked in. Day before closing the air conditioning seemed to die. Of course the buyers & sellers were both upset and no one wanted to pay more money then needed. I called several air conditioning companies in the Palm Desert area and everyone listened to my story but no one was available. I then called Pacific Electric Heating & Cooling in Palm Desert and repeated my problem and urgency. Of course they were booked for the day as well.
A few minutes later the owner of Pacific Electric Heating & Cooling called me back and told me that they knew about putting out fires and good customer service. The owner called one of his drivers and told him to add my client to the end of the day for a service call. Talk about being happy! I could not thank him enough.
Not only did Pacific Electric Heating & Cooling , show up as promised but they were able to troubleshoot the problem and repair it that night. It needed a small part to be ordered but the service tech handles it like a pro and both the buyer and seller were happy.
I am pleased to add Pacific Electric Heating & Cooling to my list to hand out to my clients. I can not thank them enough for a job well done and I believe when a company does above and beyond we as Realtors need to let people know .
