I had a funny thing happen today. A realtor called and said that their tenants (of the house they just bought and had me inspect), said there was damage on the roof. I asked if she saw it in my report..she said no. I scheduled a time to go back out and see the damage that had eluded me. After I went back home, I looked my report up and found that was the first thing I wrote up and documented with several pictures and red type, circles, and arrows. Page #1. I told her spouse on site about the issues also. I spend an enormous amount of time writing reports for my clients and it is sad that sometimes they never get read.
