$30,000.00 handed over to my HAPPY Short Sale Client.

One super happy Temecula short sale client.
Real Time resolutions is one of the worst second lien holders to work with. 

Hi Petra,

The smile is one of pure relief,this one was a real struggle.
I was so so happy to get this homeowner approved,closed and hand him $30,000.00

I had this short sale approved 6 months ago as a HAFA short sale but had to have the seller decline it.
HAFA caps the amount allowed to pay a 2nd lien holder at $8,500.00

The 2nd lien holder would not accept the $8,500.00 and wanted $27,000.00

After many calls emails,blogs and help from the press we closed.
