I looked up the mls for new construction in Montgomery county under $325,000 for a buyer who will be relocating .
I came across Willow Crossing. These are townhomes in Willow Grove . I saw a listing for $285,000. It has 3 bedrooms,2.5 baths,and one car garage and basement. there are other models also listed in mls.
The Moser group is building 29 brick front townshomes there. It is located close to Pa turnpike.
I have not yet gone there to pick up the brochure and preview but have already emailed the information to the buyers.
Upper Moreland is a great place to live. There is a Willow Grove mall close by and you can take the train from Willow Grove to center city.
