I joined the ActiveRain community to network with real estate professionals and people in other industries. I got my real estate license last year and know that I still have a lot to learn. I love learning new things and different viewpoints and I hope to read all of your blogs at some point. I think you will be amazed at the knowledge that you will find here in the rain. Don't wear a rain coat or use an umbrella, rather just come sit down and soak it in.

Welcome Elizabeth! Kind of a hard time to get started in Real Estate, but you can do it! Set a goal. You might like to go to the tropics somewhere and if you set a goal to do it or to do something else, like buying a Porsche or something, write it down so you will be sure to think about it once in awhile.
