When some take the wrong approach to providing "usefull Information".

I think active rain has done a wonderful job creating a forum that is useful to the public and the professional real estate community. Unfortunately, there are some who refuse to participate in ways that enhance the environment that will be useful to a potential visitor.

I think this is way some look forum sites like this; keep polluting the lake, no one will notice today or tomorrow and when the lake realy stinks up, we'll just move on to the next lake a pollute their's. I encourage those folk's be professional, and truly promoting oneself should be done as if you were dealing with a clients. By enhancing the visiting users experience is truly the best way to promote yourself.
