Big Walnut Local School District is a smaller school district than many Central Ohio districts.  Big Walnut schools only had 27 homes for sale in August 2012 and 23 homes sold during the month (closed.)   The $336,000 average price in August 2012 was only up 4.3% from August 2011 but is up 56.3% from July 2012.  Home sales were up 27.8% from August 2011 and the number homes for sale was down 7.4% from last year.
