Marco Island Florida 34145 Condos With Boat Docks 

There are many attractions to living on Marco Island. The pristine white sandy beach, the great fishing and golfing opportunities, but one of the major reasons that boaters flock to Marco island are the opportunites to dock your boat right outside your home or condo. No more lugging fishing poles, coolers, towels etc down to the marina that closes at five pm so you better be back on time from your trip. Just come and go as you please. 

The majority of single family homes either have boat docks or have the capability to have them installed.  From your dock steer along the salt water canals until you reach the wide open waters of The Gulf Of Mexico.   Some single family homes are Water Direct, so have no bridges to go under to get to open water. Some homes are Water Indirect  so it will be necessary to navigate under one or in  a few cases two bridges to get access to The Gulf Of Mexico.
