One of my favorite people who reports about fashion is Bill Cunningham of the NY Times. Shoes are the talk of NYC and any town…Including Austin, Texas!
In Bill’s Video he shows his astonishment after an intense week of fashion in September 2012 reviewing over 270 designers. He notes, never before in History has there been such a diversity of styling in women’s shoes.
