What drives you?

What drives you?  Meeting your goals, being on the top of your company in sales, being a leader in your field?

There are so many things that drive each and every one of us.  No two people may have the same drive but we all have something and work to get to a certain point.  Competition starts at an early age in school for most people, whether it is grades, sports or just being an individual with certain talents.

Coming from the corporate world 16 years ago, I was always into beating my budget and bringing more to the bottom line for the company. In return, I made good money and always received great raises. 

I hope you all have a drive and success at hitting your mark!

Don't we all like to win and be the best at things that we decide to compete at?   I think some people don't make the decision to be good at something.. it's not that important to them.  You're obviously a winner!

Will- You're right, what drives someone varies from person to person. For me happy clients drive me because I know that will keep me successful. I don't think I know someone who isn't some what competitive, second nature :)
