Watch out if you ever come across a horrible Short Sales Specialist named Kay Brown at Chase Home Finance. She is arrogant and rude. She does seem to realize that Chase is paying her to provide information to agents and to work cooperatively. She is soooo hard to work with. I pity any of you who run across her. Chase Home Finance does not realize how destructive she is and how many deals they are losing because of her lack of customer service. I tried being nice to her but to no awail. The house I listed went to foreclosure auction. I have called her a couple of times to find out if the Bank would still consider an offer before it gets ratified by the Court, but she just hangs up! I have given up calling her.

I'm not sure if I can finish a current short sale with Chase. . but if I get a call form a prospective client that has Chase on their mortgage. . I'm hanging the phone and wish them good luck!
Chase by far is the WORST and most unresonable people to deal short sales with . .

I have a new chase short sale coming on the market soon. It was assigned to William Popp, has anyone heard of him. We got the authorization to release information on the 3rd attempt (1st two times it was busy) to 1-877-865-9536.

Let's hope this lender doesn't follow the path of Wells Fargo: No more extensions on approval letters - close by the approval date - or don't close at all!
