What was supposed to me a 15 minute project has turned into a couple of hours of reading over old posts, finding blogs that I had missed and all around reflecting over this group. I just thought I would take a moment Saturday to thank you all for your contributions and readership as well as observe some of the discussions we've had over the past year so that they might be easy to find later.

They're not always about appraising (which I am grateful for as I like to think we are not slaves to our jobs). Thank you for all your incredible donation of knowledge and opinion.
