There are some creative kids out there? You can hire them to help?

Ran across this on one of the sites I visit for LSU sports. I am always amazed as to the ideas an things people can come up with. I hired a young high school girl to help me on my websites a couple of years ago and paid her $6 an hour help me catch up with updates and such. It ended up being a bargain as she really causght on fast and did the work fast. Her breaks were spent on u-tube and such. I too learned a lot from her.  These kids can be creative also so I gave her a lot of flexibility in the pages and we talked about the changes before making then final. The kicker was she did not do well in school but was fantastic with websites and photos. Maybe our schools are missing something. Did not Bill Gates drop out of college?
