Wordless Wednesday: Do the French Need Burglar Bars?

yucky!  I don't think those are very pretty at all.  Maybe they are there to keep someone from falling out the window.

I think it is an improvement from the standard black bars that many have Pat. 

If that's a burglar bar (and it likely is) hopefully it is up high enough to be the deterrent as that stucco is so crumbling it would be easy to chip that grill out of the wall.

Knowing how thin french burgulars could be they would squeeze between those beautiful bars Pat!

Pat looks decorative to me and what is the old saying one person's junk is another person's treasure and boy you have a lot of treasures on the Greater Los Angeles area!

Wow, burglar bars would scare anybody away from wanting to purchase.

At least they are more stylish than the typical burglar bars we see that look like a jail cell. They stll give one pause to consider why, despite the artistic look.
