EXIT is NOT any kind of pyramid. A pyramid model is one where you build upon stacking...thus, building a pyramid. EXIT is a single level residual company...much like an insurance company. You ONLY have the ability to earn "residuals" on the one person you sponsor in and NOT on those that they sponsor.
How can you not like the model? No desk fee's, 70% commission split, excellent training and the fastest growing real estate franchise in the history of the real estate business. Call me nuts....but this model has delivered thousands of dollars to me this past year that I would NEVER have had the ability to earn from any other real estate company. Honestly, Adam.....it is what EXIT says it is.
