I need to do a Short Sale with Countrywide Bank here this upcoming week.
Does anyone have experience with any Short Sales with this bank?
What should I expect to see for my sellers credit?
How easy will it be to work with Countrywide, especially now that Bank of America is taking over?
Do banks accept offers as is? Or do they commonly do counteroffers?
How close do they stay with what is currently going in the neighborhood?
I was hoping to get your feedback in the AR family, before I begin on Monday. Any advise would be widely accepted.
