Thank you Alan, I thought the same thing when I toured it!  The home owners didn't hold back with the finishes on this home.  And if a buyer rights an offer with me soon, they could be in this cute home BEFORE the winter holiday season!

Hello Dorie,  I just LOVE this home!  It is amazing to me how little the house payments on this property will be given the low price and the incredible interest rates available currently.  Some lucky buyer will be gaining equity while paying less per month than they would be for rent.
