FREE Green Event - The Value of Green - Appraising Green Homes
In June, 2011, the Appraisal Institute created the Green & Energy Efficient Addendum. The purpose of this Addendum is to aid appraisers in documenting green features and it is an attachment to the Appraisal. Educating appraisers and the public of this added layer of proficiency is an ongoing effort.
As part of our efforts in raising awareness of the form and green features in Arizona homes, the Residential Green Building Committee, U S Green Building Council (USGBC), Arizona Chapter, has created this FREE Green Event - The Value of Green - Appraising Green Homes for the public. Plan to attend this FREE Green Event, Value of Green, Appraising Green Homes - on Wednesday, October 10, 5:30 - 8:00 pm, DIRTT Environmental Solutions, 836 E University Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Refreshments will be served.
