By
Real Estate Agent with Solid Source Realty GA 320764

Need answers? Send us your Georgia short sale questions, and we will find the answers. That's a promise, because finding the solutions to your short sale problems is what we do..

The Best Atlanta Short Sales team understands how many Georgians need our specific kind of help.

In the Atlanta area alone, nearly half of all home sellers are distressed sellers. Many of these sellers are upside-down home owners who either want or need to sell their homes now.

When your situation changes and you have to downsize or relocate, what do you do? This challenging real estate market is further complicated by the constant changes and updates to lenders’ short sale guidelines. The Best Atlanta Short Sales Team stays on top of the game and can assist you to a successful approval and closing.

The growing number of Georgians facing possible mortgage default and foreclosure requires a new breed of real estate professionals  -- specialists with a new expertise, a finely-honed skill set and one aim in mind -- helping home owners in trouble.

Every Successful Pre-Foreclosure Sale that we make happen will help tame the tidal wave of declining home values in Georgia by preventing more foreclosures.

The best question is "Why does a CDPE agent have an average of a 47% success rate in short sales?"

Jerry - as always, thanks for the encouragement. We are dedicated to helping Georgians avoid foreclosure and move on with their lives.

Satar - I don't know about that. Never heard that statistic before. What I've heard from CDPEs on the website and in the forums is much higher. It certainly does not reflect my business.
