Tenant Screening For Dummies?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Rentec Direct Property Management Software

Ya know, those "dummies" books always get me.  Doesn't it seem like the author calling his readers "dummies" wouldn't go over very well.  Yet, I imagine the publisher(s) are bazillionaires many times over by now.  Hence, my experiment in a title.

I downloaded a trial of Camtasia last weekend and decided to give it a whirl.  I don't have much to compare it to, but within a few hours (which probably was FAR too long for how long it SHOULD have taken), I had a fairly decent video about tenant screening produced and the process was pretty fun to boot.  Please critique and spare my feelings none..  afterall I just called you a dummy right? =)

Hey I like your version for dummies... I would much rather watch the video than read an instruction manual.  It's more like the cliff-notes version.   :)    I do have a question for you... can I have the tenants log on and sign up and send me the report once they have paid for it?  Or is that a big no no for us dummies?   Please advise.  Shanna

I'd different from Shanna - I'd rather take a manual that I can read while waiting for RENTAL PROSPECTS that I will need to SCREEN!
