The pace of newly built condo’s and homes in Destin has slowed the past couple of years, but that does not mean the city’s community development staff are sitting around with nothing to do. According to Ken Gallander, Director of Community Development, the city is hard at work on the long term goals and the city’s comprehensive plan.
