                East Orlando Single Family home with estimated rents between $1200-1275 gives this one a very good ROI. I'd recommend an offer well below asking price though, taking into consideration a reserve of $7500 to take care of cosmetic repairs the home needs like carpet and paint. But it backs to a conservation area and a great part of town. Highly recommended.
