The California Real Estate Market is coming back ...
Our oldest daughter (GwenSeverson.com)is a Realtor with RE/MAX Parkside in Paso Robles, California. Her husband is a Grower Relations Manager with Gallo Wines (Central Coast). My wife and I recently visited them and helped harvest part of their own vineyard - it was so much fun. There is a big demand for 'small vineyard' properties and our daughter is quite busy helping to find just the right property for her clients.
