I’ll be the first to admit that I was skeptical at first when my Marketing Manager brought Activerain to my attention and advised me to sign up. Needless to say, I also hesitated when he urged me to pay the money for a Rain Maker account. I have always done the majority of my business through referrals and hard copy advertising. I didn’t see the value of Activerain and now I know that’s because I didn’t understand, at the time, what Activerain had to offer. However, all of that changed when I received an unexpected email from a long lost client.

            The client had found my team and I through a blog I posted on Activerain about The MGM Signature (my very first blog on AR I might add). The client had contacted me over a year ago about possibly buying a unit or two in one of the three towers that The Signature has to offer. To make a long story short, I ended up showing her multiple units and she decided not to buy at the time and contact between us fell off. That is, until she saw my blog a year later and decided to contact me again! She expressed how the blog “Re-Sparked” her interest and that she was ready to look at some units again. A month and 9 showings later, we are closing on the first of 3 units for her in The MGM Signature!

            It initially took me some convincing and I hesitated quite a bit, however, I can now say that I have experienced “The Power of Activerain” first hand and that I have been made a believer out of. Thanks Activerain!
