FOXY INTERIORS INCORPORATED, CENTRAL FLORIDA
HOME STAGING. REDESIGN. RENOVATION
In my web travels today on LinkedIn, I read a really great article on branding. It wasn’t speaking about taking a hot iron and labeling your favorite ranch pets. It’s not your logo or your tagline. Branding is about what you represent and what your customers think about your company. It becomes the words they associate with you. Are you providing the absolute best customer service? Is this what they’ll remember you by? What do you do special to earn your “brand”?
Foxy Interiors Incorporated would like to be branded as:
Honest – after all we’re going in to homes. You have to be able to trust people you allow to enter into your home.
Knowledgeable – Foxy Interiors understands completely about the job and how they’re going to accomplish the work.
Provides Customer Satisfaction -- The customer is completely satisfied with our work.
Efficient -- The work was done in a timely manner and on schedule as planned.
Carefully Listened To -- The customer felt like they were heard and understood.
Reasonable Prices -- The pricing of the job was competitive and not overpriced.
Professional -- Displayed professionalism at all times.
Smart -- The interior of the home was done smartly and looks foxy when completed.
We want the customer to know we take pride in our work; it is a reflection of our name.
Here’s a link to The Basics of Branding which goes into much greater detail of what branding means as it relates to marketing.
Thanks for dropping by. I hope you enjoyed learning more of what Foxy Interiors is about and what we represent.
