Good morning, Dick -- you are soooo right -- short sales are definitely not for every buyer but if they have patience, knowledge and the right agent on their side(like you and Mary) -- there is always the possibility of finding the right home.   It's good to know that Fort Collins buyers have many opportunities to purchase a standard/equity sale home.
