Every time I check on lakeshore pricing in the north Twin
Cities metro, I am nothing short of amazed. Prices on lakeshore are amazingly
affordable. I know that the media has been touting the real estate comeback for
several weeks now, Yes some homes in some areas are starting to sell again.
Yet, lakeshore properties are not flying off the MLS like other homes. This
means there are tremendous opportunities out there if you want to own a lakehome
in the north Minneapolis/St Paul metro area.
Out of the hundreds of homes on the market in the Twin
Cities only a handful are really good deals. But those considering a lakeshore
purchase now have many good options in Anoka County.
