Ed that is an improvement in my book.  More closings, and very little decrease in the average price.  Hopefully the days on the market will improve, but they are not bad.

Ed, buyers better take advantage of the Watertown CT real estate market conditions while they are still in their favor. Once inventory goes down with the increased sales volume, prices may start going up.

You provided a very comprehensive marketing report. The facts supporting the absorption rates for this location are exactly what is important to know for your area. CT is a beautiful state. The homes are built with quality. Some of the finest, educated people were raised here and there will always be prominent people who live and work in this particular area. No matter what size home a person needs, there are plenty of good homes to choose from.
