New Home Builder in Phoenix!      

The Phoenixhousing market continues to improve and inventory is still low.  Home builders are once again picking up speed and delivering homes as fast as they can to keep up with the demand.  Large tracts of land are selling to home builders.  One one such builder is new to the Phoenix area – Family Development.

Family Development has two tracts of land in escrow.  Exciting stuff!  These tracts are in Scottsdale and Litchfield, Arizona.  But this home builder claims they are different than other builders.  The difference is this home builder doesn’t believe in pulling a floor plan out of a book and putting it on a lot.  Their strategy is to build to suit the lot.  Should be interesting!

Along with this strategy, let's hope they will include energy efficient features.  In Phoenix, Energy Star homes are the norm.  Phoenix has the most Energy Star homes in the country, 54%!  Pretty awesome bragging rights for Arizona.  I heard this straight from the pros when I attended and spoke at the EEBA Conference.
