The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles. It is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community. It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer. The Town of Parker is approximately 20 square miles.
Sales in the month of August showed strong sales again in the month of August and had an average 59 days on market. The average sales price was $347,894 (an increase from $328,968 from July) and sellers got 97.05% to list price. For August, there were 161 total sales of single detached family homes.

Sales $1,000,000+ - 1
The highest priced home sold in the month of May 2012 was $1,340,000 and was located in Pradera.

Of the 161 sales, 12 were short sales and 19 were bank owned properties.
As of today, there are 407 active detached single family homes of which 13 are bank owned and 19 are short sales. There are 327 showing under contract/pending.
