ThenNowThis Short Sale home in El Dorado Hills came on the market in March 2011. Eighteen months later and it still does not have bank approval. This is one of the great "Whys" that still stump us as Realtors regarding short sales. The two lenders on this are Suntrust for the first loan and Chase on a second. Granted it took the sellers almost 6 months to accept an offer and get it on to the banks for approval, it has still taken an additional year. Meanwhile, all the landscaping, including native oaks have died. What a shame!!!!
