Today is October 1, 2012 and quickly nearing the end of 2012. Have your down payment and closing cost fees saved. You can always ask to have your closing cost paid by the seller or bank; however that is not a guarantee. Be patient. You will be up against many home buyers, who are just as driven to purchase a home.  If you do not get the home you bid on the first time, do not get discouraged.  You must dust yourself off and keep looking.
