Temecula CA Realtor uses digital signatures to sign documents - this is a new thing, in some places. Terkel sorensen first showed the way back in May of 2011 with this blog post on how to sign digitally. There are some things to be said for saving trees, it's a good thing in general, and by now, I think we are all onboard with the idea that recycling is not evil.

So, being an early adopter of digital signatures, I was also early to the table of where it did not work, the above blog post came to be, simply because banks would not accept Digital signatures for distressed properties - Bank owned and short sales were out in the cold. Using tablets allowed me to still get offers signed without needing to print piles of documents. Nevermind the time this Temecula CA Realtor saved by using digital signatures quick as lightening.

When you select your Temecula CA Realtor, there are some things to consider:

Digital signatures allow your offer or contract to be delivered MUCH faster, and responses to counters etc, can be handled far more efficiently.

Consider this - Go see the property you REALLY like, then head back to the office, sit around, wait for your agent to write up your paperwork, get it signed, then realize it now have to get scanned and so forth.

- or -

Go see the property you REALLY like, decide on your price right then and there, sign your offer, get it send off, and receive your own digital copy in your email inbox moments later... Chances are, you would not have made it to the office yet.

This Temecula CA Realtor uses digital signatures quick as lightening, for a good reason, it is part of the modern digital toolset, and it is part of how new tools helps us be more effective and reduce the impact we have on the environment.

Call me if you have questions.

Good luck on the contest.  I used digitasl signatures for a couple of transactions already, and it is quick.

Nancy, it is great, if you are using it now, you will start using it more - it rocks if you ask me. And signing in person on a tablet is great too.

John - I'm with you.

Tom - There is really no reason anymore - you can put your contract ona pdf and have the client sign off on yoru ipad, then digitally archieve it and your assistant can mail the bill out as soon as you let her know the job is done... You'll love it.
