I seldom refer to articles written to us Realtors and even to our buyers, but this time I have to recommend one.  Especially well written, this article should be a must read in today's real estate market.  I am even going to send it to some of my buyers to alert them to the advice. experience, and opinions of others on the low ball process and risks.  Please pass this article on to your friends, associates, and concerned buyers.  it really is good reading.

Sorry but I forgot to mention the main reason that I got engaged in this article.  In Fullerton real estate we have been seeing many many offers on the few listing that we have  - and I am trying to understand the mental position that many buyers have.  Yes we know that the prices are now low and the interest rates are very low, but  many buyers fail to see that Supply is extremely low and that shortage of homes factors strongly in the Sellers response to Low Ball Offers.

It seems like market areas are the same with the offers I will have to read this at a later time. Thanks for the suggestion of reading.

Robert -- you have found a great article, suggested.  The one person not mentioned in her conclusion regarding who all needs to be in the loop was the loan officer.  Hmmm.
