Awesome.  I'm going to try to set up over the weekend, and I will reblog.

For google reviews, we used to have the 5 stars under our name and that seemed to really help (and I need to get more reviews...in process).  Now, they changed to 1 out of 3, so it doesn't look as cool.

I'm going to recommend that more of us in our BNI group do this and help each other (provided that we used each other's services). 

Oh, and now google places is showing TheFlooringGirl.com URL...I think that just changed in the last week or two.  Sweet.

Hi Michael - thanks for sharing - great info and no doubt that the meta descriptions with the 5 stars stand out - I had heard that the 5 star reviews had gone away with Google Places but looks like it is possible which is great! Regards Dave

Michael- Reviews are the future with google for better of for worse. The IP address for locals, I don't agree with because many agents have clients that are moving here from Canada, Europe and South America. Many of these folks are snow birds so it really would not be fair for AR to limit the IP addresses in that way because they person might be leaving the review from their primary residence. 

We provide this service to our coaching clients but we have been running into issues with us posting their client reviews for them. According to some g+ gurus- they are saying that google is downgrading reviews and sometimes won't even post them if you are doing the postings in behalf of your clients. Google wants the person to have a g+ account for it to weigh in. It is tough to get people who have never used google products to open up a gmail account and then a g+ account, especially the retired people down here. I do the google places work for our local chiropractor and the new review process has become a real pain in the rear. Have you run across this? 

Also as a reminder to the readers here: making false reviews is a crime and is punishable by fines and jail time. There is a plastic surgeon in NY that got caught having his employees make reviews for their practice and the FTC came down on him really hard. So make sure you have the evidence to back up any review.
