Wellington Horse Stall Rentals Going Fast!
Wellington equestrian season is just around the corner. Plan ahead so you don't get caught paying the highest premium rent prices for your horses. 
You can still get some stalls for dressage horses for under $1000 per stall per month for the season in Loxahatchee. The stalls come with a dressage arena and mirrors.
If you need to be closer into Wellington the prices for horse stall rentals go up. The closer to the showgrounds you need to be the more you are going to pay.
The price ranges from $200,000 per month for 26 stalls and a private residence down to about $17,000 a month for 11 to 15 stalls with a one bedroom groom's quarters.
For most seasonal rentals expect to pay the seasonal rent in one full payment. Some owners will agree to rent for the four month season while others will require 181 days, or 6 months and one day to avoid the bed tax.
