We have a wonderful couple leasing this home for the next two years, and I am looking forward to a great property management relationship. And the owner continues to be a great business partner.
This rental listing took a lot longer than we anticipated - 90 days as opposed to 30 days. And it's odd because this listing went up at the same time another very similar listing went up and the other listing was leased in two weeks. All of the same process to market both listings.
But today I am THANKFUL that we got it leased...finally!
