The Kenst report(This is a report that comes out each quarter with all the statistics for realtors and their companies) has just come out for the 4th quarter of 2007 and I would like to recognize and congratulate a couple of my associates.

My Broker Cris Burlew and our associate,Beth Nielsen(Both AR Members) were the #1 Listers in all of South Pinellas county!That is out of a few thousand South Pinellas Realtors!

As a company,we were the #22 company for listings out of 411 offices!

On the sales side we checked in at #37 for the year,which puts us in the Top 9% for the year!

Not too shabby for an independent company!We are up there with the Big Boys!

Congratulations to Beth,Cris and all of my associates at Beach & Luxury Realty for a job well done in 2007!

We Are Gonna Be Great In 2008!
