Rio Pinar subdivision in Warner Robins looks like an attractive area and affordable. It seems many residents feel the same about their community! Only one home sold in 2 years and no inventory tell me if buyers want to live there they better be talking to Anita Clark to get an edge!

Ginny: Roughly 100K in the entire county.  Small by all accounts.

Dorie...Folks move into Rio Pinar and want to stay.

Bobbie...I am always a fan of subdivisions that have mature trees.  It gives the community a warm feel.
