Located one-half mile from the University of Washington , walking distance to shopping and the "Ave" so called for the vast array of specialty shops and Cafes along the University Avenue corridor.
1020 NE 63rd Street building will have units ranging in size from 385 to 800 square feet comprising of studios, one- and two-bedrooms floor plans with four live/work units
Construction of the two commercial-retail apartment buildings is expected to be completed in the latter part of 2013.
