Riding the real estate rollercoaster in Northern Colorado

It has been a about five years since I have been this busy in the inspection industry. During the slow down I had to diversify into different types of inspections including, equipment lease,REO,insurance and others.A lot of people lost a lot of property in this area. It is good to see the up swing this year, and I am doing far more FHA final inspections on new construction, inspections for investors and commercial inspections for industries moving to the area.
