Real Estate Dressed up for Halloween

By
Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty of California, Inc. CA DRE #01490977

Many homeowners are getting into the Halloween holiday spirits these days in our area - no doubt they are in yours as well.

I was touring some homes along the coast today and spied this cool oceanview house that I have admired since it was built. I HAD to stop and look.I thought it was pretty tastefully done and in keeping with the style. You can't really see the inside in the phoyo but I could and it's all decked out for Halloween.

The owner was on the deck so I asked if I could take some photos to share - she said, sure, as long as she wasn't in them.

I'm on the look-out for more real estate dressed up for Halloween. You?

Now that is a creative home owner. Wonderful home and I think the spiders are perfect for this holiday. Glad you captured it for us in photos.

Whatever works to make the house a home, promote it. Shows up to the minute aspect and not imagery from a year ago, during the winter or like everything went static, was put on hold.

What a great house and creative, but tasteful decorations! Keep it simple - particularly if a home is on the market, though.

Well, it does tell us that the homeowner has a sense of fun. I'm not much for decorating for this holiday but this is very tastefully done. Not sure what buyers would think though. They might also be creeped out by the huge spiders.

Kathleen - it's a very cool house with amazing views. There is nothing like it in the area. I don;t expect this will be on the market for a while - it was just built by the owners.

William - Halloween decorating is getting more and more elaborate each year it seems. It rivals Christmas!

Lenn - for sure. And I bet they get lots of people coming by to gawk. She seems pleased that I was there AND I wanted a photo. Great fun.

Margaret - I travel along that particular coast road alot and it's the only house, for now, in the area that is all decked out. I hope to see it at night! Bet they have a blast on Halloween itself.

Andrew - why not have fun as long as it's in good taste? This home is just having fun - it is NOT for sale.

Regina - if I ca get a night pic I will

Brian - yeah, they are easily 3 feet, perhaps larger. There seem to be getting very popular for Halloween decorating.

Harry - hard to believe the holiday season is starting

Jeff - That's pretty cool though I wouldn't want to try to sell a home "staged" that way.
