This beautiful apartment hasn't been rented out already? I am surprised, I thought for sure somebody would snap it up immediately!

What a great looking rental loft in Greenwich Village. There are so many restaurants and many other things convvenient to Greenwich Village. I know the price in NYC are high and the $4,500 per month rent does not surprise me at all.
