September 2012 sales were at their highest level compared to September of 2011 and 2010. September YTD sales of 215 are running 10.3% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 195.
The Median Sales Price in September was $691,000, up 18.1% from $585,000 in September of 2011 and down -1.3% from $700,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in September was $747,619, down -28.1% from $1,040,092 in September of 2011 and down -14.1% from $870,644 last month. September 2012 ASP was at the lowest level compared to September of 2011 and 2010.
