Aidrie, located to the north of Calgary, is a small city with a fast growing rate. Recently sold homes in September reached 79 total sales (66 single family homes and 13 condominiums), that represents 41% increase over the 56 total sold homes in September last year.  

Average Single Family Home Sold Price was up to $380,275 in September 2012, compared to $371,281 in the same month last year, while the Median Sold Price of 367,500 showed a 3% decrease from September 2011. 

Average Condo/Townhouse Sold Price went 21% up on a year-over-year basis, from $200,750 in September 2011 to $242,088 this year, while the same condo units changed hands with a Median Sold Price of $235,000, that increased by 18% from last year.
