The Bayou Club Entrance Pinellas Park FLThe Bayou Club in Pinellas Park, FL is an upscale, gated golf course community of single family homes, and the biggest of its kind in Central Pinellas. The Bayou Club is partially located in the City of Pinellas Park, FL, and end of September the Pinellas Park City Council approved a 3 percent increase in property tax rates for the coming fiscal year of 2013. Craig's Mom lived in the Mainlands for many years, Tanja, she would have been so unhappy with this increase.

Good morning Tanja, everything seems to be going up. I hate to see the increased tax bills. I am sure Pinellas Park figured out a way to justify it.... Happy Selling today!
