Hello and Happy New Year to All

My name is Amie Hebert Chaney, founder of Home Staging by Amie. My husband, Paul Chaney, is a blogging expert (seriously, he has written a book on blogging) and has convinced me to jump on the blogging band wagon.

Home Staging by Amie was created in order that I may share my gifts and talents with all who find themselves in need of my services. Home Staging is a relatively new concept in the south with educating being a large part of what I do. Once agents and homeowners are aware of the differences staging can make, they completely "get it" and want to know when we can get started.

Lisa -- We are staging in the New Orleans area if you find youself in need. I have a partnership with Brent Cordell. The company is Custom Home Staging -- We provide rental furniture and accessories for vacant or new construction listings. I also work with owners who are still living in their homes. The last home we staged in Mandeville sold after the second person looked at it. Staging does get results.

Amie, thank goodness! I haven't been able to find anyone in the NOLA area that I've felt comfortable with. I interviewed one realtor/stager who had mostly stock photos in her portfolio and I hated the photos of actual spaces she had done herself. I'm adding you as an associate...you are bound to hear from me soon!
